PRAVIDLÁ TURNAJA
Hrá sa podľa medzinárodných pravidiel basketbalu FIBA Europe bez obmedzení. Dovolené sú zónové obrany, hráč/ka môže nastúpiť vo všetkých štvrtinách bez obmedzenia. V kategórii chlapcov sa hrá s loptou č.7 a v kategórii dievčat s loptou č. 6.
Hrá sa 4x10 min. čistého času, predĺženie 3 minúty. Prestávka medzi štvrtinami 2 min. medzi polčasmi 5 min. Rozcvičenie medzi zápasmi maximálne 10 min. o víťazovi stretnutia v prípade nerozhodného výsledku aj po predĺžení rozhodnú 3 série TH, a potom po 1 sérii až do rozhodnutia. Prvé 3 série musia hádzať rôzna hráči.
Pri rovnosti bodov v skupine rozhodujú nasledovné kritériá:
1. vzájomný zápas
2. celkový rozdiel skóre
3. vyšší počet strelených bodov
4. menší počet obdržaných bodov
5. rozstrel TH 3 +1.
Každý tým je oprávnený podať protest proti výsledku alebo rozhodovaniu zápasu organizačnému výboru a to najviac 10 minút po skončení zápasu spoločne s kauciou 20 €. V prípade vyhovenia protestu kaucia sa vracia, v prípade zamietnutia kaucia prepadá v prospech organizátora.
Organizátor nemá hmotnú zodpovednosť za majetok hráčov a trénerov. Účastníci turnaja sú povinný predchádzať prípadným krádežiam.
Rozpis turnaja prebehne po uzávierke prihlášok a bude poslané spoločne s hracím systémom na adresu uvedenú v prihláške.
THE RULES OF THE TOURNAMENT
The international basketball rules FIBA Europe without restrictions are applied. The zone defense is allowed, and one player can play in all quarters without restrictions. In boys category, the size of ball is 7, and in girls category, the size of ball is 6.
The game lasts 40 minutes (4x10 net time), extra time is 3 mins. The breaks between quarters are 2 mins and between halftimes 5 mins. The warming-up before the game can take maximum up to 10 mins. If there is a tie even after the extra time, the free throws follow. Each team shoots 3 series of free throws and then 1 serie until the winner. The first 3 series have to be shot by different players.
If the teams score the equal points in the same group, the following criteria will decide:
1. The result of the match between respective teams
2. The total difference in score
3. The higher number of points scored
4. The lower number of points conceded
5. The shootout in free throws 3+1
Every team is entitled to submit the objection against the result of the match or against referees’ performance to The Organizing Committee of tournament. This have to be done latest 10 mins after the end of match and with deposit 20 €. In case of acceptance of the objection the deposit is returnable, in case of rejection the deposit is forfeited.
The organizer is not held liable for the property of players and coaches. The participants of the tournament are responsible to prevent the thefts by their own.
